Issue 7: One year of Otaku - The Anniversary Issue! 2006-09-30

We Say…
Focus your chakra, practice your kicks and shine that shuriken – Yes, it has finally dawned upon us, The Ninja Issue! This months issue is packed with all the anime and manga goodness you expect from Otaku Magazine, and it’s our one-year Anniversary –so we’ve added a little extra content for our readers! As you may have noticed, this issue has a new look, and a new logo, and we’ve also updated our website to celebrate this prestigious event – take a look at: www.otakumag.co.za.
I found this extract in a book on the 7th floor of the Otaku HQ Archives: ‘There was once a young Otaku, who sought the sage advice of an Otaku Oracle… “Tell me Otaku Oracle… what is it that I must do?” The Oracle gazed upon the curios face of the young Otaku and said these words: “Hear me now young Otaku, and hold these words dear…. Buy one to read and one to keep… one to read and one to keep….” As the Oracles voice faded, and its form dispersed into the air, the young Otaku left, keeping what he had learnt in his memory. “I will go and buy an Otaku magazine!” he said, “…and then I shall buy another…to keep.”

When I showed this to the team we wept.
We wont hold you back any longer - dive into this issue now! Yosh! The Otaku Team
